We retain account information for the duration of your account plus 90 days. Message delivery logs are retained for 12 months. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form indefinitely. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team.

We use essential cookies for authentication and platform functionality. Analytics cookies help us understand usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impact platform functionality.
